ROI Payment Center provides payment and financial service assistance which may include:

  • Remittance services

  • Cash-in and cash-out transactions

  • E-wallet services

  • Other authorized payment center services

All services are subject to the rules and policies of our partner providers.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for all transactions

  • Review transaction details before confirming payment

  • Keep their transaction receipts for reference

  • Follow all instructions provided by ROI Payment Center staff

ROI Payment Center will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Transaction Processing

All transactions are processed through authorized service providers. Processing times may vary depending on the system availability of the partner provider.

ROI Payment Center is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • System maintenance

  • Network issues

  • Provider system downtime

  • Incorrect customer information

4. Service Fees

Service fees may apply depending on the type of transaction. All applicable fees will be disclosed to the customer before the transaction is completed.

Service fees are non-refundable once the transaction is successfully processed.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Transactions that have already been processed cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the policies of the partner service provider. Customers may be required to contact the biller or provider directly.

6. Receipt and Proof of Transaction

Customers must check the details printed on the receipt before leaving the payment center. The receipt serves as the official proof of transaction.

Lost receipts are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Compliance with Laws

ROI Payment Center complies with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including requirements related to financial transactions and customer identification when necessary.

Customers may be asked to present valid identification for certain transactions.

8. Limitation of Liability

ROI Payment Center acts only as a payment processing agent for partner service providers. We are not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions from providers

  • Account posting delays

  • Errors caused by incorrect customer information

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

ROI Payment Center reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions may be posted at the store location or official communication channels.
